PodPrepper SMS Notifications

What these messages are

PodPrepper is a SaaS tool for podcast hosts. It sends two kinds of low-volume, transactional SMS — never marketing, never shared or sold:

• Account notifications to the account owner about activity on their own account (new sign-ups, payments, cancellations, payment failures, occasional system tests).
• Podcast guest coordination — a guest who has agreed to appear on a show receives a one-time prep-questionnaire link and up to two reminders to help prepare for their scheduled recording.

1. How account owners opt in

Inside your signed-in dashboard (Overview tab) you enter your mobile number and check the consent box below. This is the exact opt-in shown to account owners:

The box is unchecked by default; SMS is sent only after the owner checks it and saves. We store a consent record (identity, number, the exact disclosure text, timestamp, IP address, and user agent).

2. How podcast guests opt in

A guest who is invited to a show fills out a public prep form. If they choose to add a phone number, they check this consent box themselves — it is the exact opt-in shown on the live form:

Frequency, opt-out & help

• Frequency: varies with account/booking activity, typically 1–10 messages per day.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.
• Help: reply HELP, or email support@podprepper.com.

Privacy

No mobile information or opt-in data is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used solely to deliver the messages you requested. See our Privacy Policy.
