These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of podprepper.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by Solar Wise Systems LLC, doing business as PodPrepper (“PodPrepper,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service
PodPrepper is a software tool that helps podcast hosts research guests and prepare interview content. Generated content is provided as a draft for your review; you are responsible for how you use it.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or misuse other people's personal information. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for contact details you enter.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
SMS notifications
SMS notifications are optional and require opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our SMS opt-in page.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by PodPrepper. Content you enter remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and generate your requested output.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodPrepper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months.
Termination & changes
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law & contact
